Contracts Manager (D&B and Refurb) – Warrington

We have been instructed by a leading, main contractor to recruit for a Contracts Manager in the Warrington area. An award winning firm, our client have taken on a number of prestigious projects in the region, both D&B and Refurb.

Privately owned with a secure order book, particularly in commercial, industrial, healthcare and luxury residential, the projects typically range from £5mil to £25mil. You will need to have a track record of managing your own projects from pre construction, right through to completion and post completion.

Main Purpose of Role:

· Commercial – maximise profit, minimise risk & protect commercial interests

· Programme – maximise efficient delivery & minimise delay

· Safety – ensure safe working site environment & supply chain adhere to safety rules

· Quality – deliver construction product in accordance with our contractual obligations

· Customer satisfaction – enhance customer and consultant experience, utilise clear lines of communication to eliminate misunderstanding and ensure clarity of our position

· Leadership – lead by example, delegate responsibilities to sustain efficient working, coordinate the project team and support individuals
