Mavilo is currently seeking an experienced eCommerce & Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team! *Prior fine jewelry experience is STRONGLY preferred, prior experience in Shopify is a MUST!*

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role
  • Proficiency in Shopify/an eCommerce retail tool aficionado!
  • Proficiency in social media strategy & content generation
  • Comfortable with using Excel to sort and manipulate data and numbers
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Passionate about excelling in a hands-on, fast paced environment
  • Professional presentation

Roles & Responsibilities (Including But Not Limited To)

  • Maintain & prioritize product backlog, including adding products to our backend website, gathering data, and testing functionality
  • Tracking inventory between our proprietary software program & Shopify
  • Assisting the owner in merchandising our websites collection pages
  • Organizing products and image assets to support web development and/or marketing campaigns
  • Pulling an analyzing product sales data
  • Implement a social media strategy, ideate, and create content for various social media platforms
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications & channels
  • Post on a regular basis on our social media channels and following up with comments and inquiries
  • Salary will be commensurate with experience*
