The Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly expanding team in London. You will be part of a newly formed team that is vital to driving the next stage of our exciting and ambitious growth plans. In this role you will prospect to develop relationships with, and nurture, an enterprise target audience with the aim of generating meetings for the Enterprise Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-growth environment with a fast-paced and collaborative culture, where there are excellent long-term career prospects.

This role is the perfect opportunity for an experienced SDR looking for the chance to help shape the SDR function and build a best-in-class playbook for one of the UK’s fastest growing fintechs.

  • Generate meetings with decision-makers within enterprise organisations across Tier 1 banks and large retailers.
  • Use all available channels including email, telephone, and social selling to engage and generate responses from target clients.
  • Follow up inbound leads generated by the marketing team within agreed SLA timeframe.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to target a named account list and agreed personas to generate outbound leads.
  • Research, build and maintain target organisation lists and personas.
  • Develop on-brand and on-message lead generation materials covering call scripts, email templates and other communication channels.
  • Develop a test and learn approach to outreach, using data to inform and optimise future strategy.
  • Ensure Salesforce is accurately and regularly updated to reflect the status of the opportunities created.
  • Develop regular reporting and insights on campaign effectiveness.

What you’ll bring to Divido

  • Minimum of one year SDR experience selling in to enterprise level organisations, ideally within a high growth B2B/SaaS environment.
  • French, Spanish, or Italian language skills, to a native or fluent standard.
  • A strong track record of sales performance as an SDR.
  • Methodical approach to outreach with the ability to utilise data to improve effectiveness.
  • Experience of using CRM systems and sales automation tools to support and improve your process.
  • Highly organised; able to prioritise a large audience effectively.
  • Obsessed with improvement and using test and learn methodologies to drive improved results.
  • A strong and articulate communicator to all stakeholders, including prospects, peers, and management.
  • Adaptable and able to respond to the changing needs of an early stage business.
