The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for providing professional, accurate, and timely information to Customer Account Representatives, Customers, Supervisors, and other stakeholders by operating a switchboard as a main responsibility, or completing order entry with switchboard duties. This role enables KPS Global to deliver outstanding service to both clients and internal team members.

  • High School Diploma
  • Less than one year of experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to operate a switchboard and use general office equipment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized

Required Experience

Major Responsibilities

  • Operating a multi-line switchboard, as needed
  • Completing order entry with accuracy
  • Distributing faxes and email correspondence from the general mailbox
  • Matching and initiating invoices
  • Maintaining customer files
  • Creating and distributing reports
  • Supporting Customer Account Representatives
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and/or external customers. Meets commitments, responds promptly to customer needs and uses feedback to improve service
  • Perform a variety of routine clerical functions.
