Role Description

Lilac Mosaic is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Founder who can lead the company’s marketing efforts and contribute to the overall strategy of the business. In this role, you will create and execute a marketing plan to drive sales and revenue growth, enhance the brand reputation, and oversee the development of customer insights to enhance the customer experience. This full-time remote role requires high-energy and experienced marketing professionals who possess strong communication and leadership skills. You will work closely with the co-founders to provide direction and guidance in establishing Lilac Mosaic as the leading provider of bespoke weddings in India.

This is a equity based position and there is no fixed compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 10+ years of overall experience in marketing with 5+ years of experience in a senior management role
• Demonstrated experience in digital and traditional marketing, including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and PR
• Experience with data analytics, market research, and customer insights
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing market conditions
• Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
• Experience in the wedding industry or hospitality sector is a plus
