15+ years of results-driven leadership, including proven experience at a high-growth startup or a direct-to-consumer product taking it from zero to one
Deep understanding of the customer development process; ability to iterate quickly on the product, business model and team; ability to recruit the team; manage a P&L
Collaborative, ability to manage at all levels of the organization, and drive results

Additional:

Creative and autonomous problem solving, outcomes focused, passion for the mission
Consulting and entrepreneurial experience; DTC product / marketing experience in healthcare is a plus
Location: New York preferred, open to remote (US)
