As a Consultant II, on the Radiology team, you will consult with clients on comprehensive service line workflows, including current state and future state, and work with client to map out stop-start-continue processes to determine how the system will be designed and tested. You will identify, resolve and report solution status, risks, and issues to the client and project leadership, coach clients on data collection and system design requirements and analyze to determine optimal solution build and implementation. You will also consult with internal project and organizational teams to bi-directionally share configuration status, project timelines and project updates, and verify configuration requests. As a key member of the team you will maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives, coach and mentor associate consultants and supporting internal team initiatives. Qualifications Basic Qualifications :

  • At least 5 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
    • At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
    • At least 4 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree

Expectations :

  • Must be willing to travel up to 50%
  • Currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City metropolitan area, or reside near a major international airport
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
