CBIZ Valuation Group is currently seeking a Tangible Asset Valuation Associate Consultant in our Chicago, IL office.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
- Assist with preparation of the information documents and client presentations
- Interface with clients regarding inquiries related to research and information requests
- Perform analysis using department specific templates
- Maintain and update data on market trends, competitor analysis and other business intelligence
- Conducting physical inspections of properties for valuation purposes
- Communicating and resolving questions or inquiries with clients
- Perform administrative functions including client communication, setting up and managing client project files, etc.
- Utilizing in house software and Microsoft Suite
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Must be able to travel overnight up to 70% based on client and business needs
