The Department & Team

CALVIN KLEIN Europe has launched a series of interconnected projects aimed at transforming our in-house marketing and data management capabilities to create a more connected, integrated and personalized dialogue with our consumers. A key part of this transformation project is the in-housing of our Brand & Perfomance marketing teams.

The Team Is Based In Our Amsterdam Headquarter And Has 3 Key Objectives

The Omnimedia team consists of 20+ digital marketers, analysts and automation specialists and is responsible of strategizing and executing all paid media campaign across Europe. The team sits at the intersection between Marketing, E-Com, Retail and external partners.

  • Increase brand engagement & consideration in the markets
  • Drive traffic and conversion
  • Be a pro-active business partner with all stakeholders, internal and external

The Position

As a member of the Omnimedia team you will be responsible for managing strategic end-to-end creative media activations (planning, content creation, Implementation and report) including 360 integrated brand experiences, media collaborations, creative A/B test, etc.

You will be responsible for owning media creative guidelines and processes from inception to completion, constantly assessing and communicating project advancement and status, raising red flags when issues arise and support solving road blockers.

You will be working cross functionally across Media, Product Marketing, Coms and Studio, building a solid understanding of business processes and priorities and developing strong relationships across teams.

You’ll be building bridges because of a thorough knowledge of marketing channels, Media landscape (platform and publishers), content creation process, storytelling and branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Challenge status-quo and come up with innovative and out-of-the box media activations, driving future-forward creative media strategies (VR, AR, 3D, etc.) and creative partnerships with external partners (platforms, publishers, etc).
  • Ideate, prioritize and execute creative media solutions that will support business growth through consumer engagement, in close collaboration with other team members.
  • Analyses market trends & identifies best media partners for collaborations: strategies, concepts and enable real-time activations and quick strike opportunities

Responsibilities Include

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • First point of contact for authorising discounts and resolving customer queries.
  • Being a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with our customers.
  • Outfit building for customers and making further product recommendations.
  • Assessing customers needs and providing assistance and information on product features.
  • Driving store KPIs and suggesting ways to improve.
  • Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organisation issues are addressed in an appropriate manner.
