What does a Growth CRM Executive do at Busuu?

As a core member of the Growth Squad, you’ll be key to driving revenue and user growth, across both Busuu and Verbling, our 1:1 tutor language learning platform. You will be responsible for the delivery of campaigns, across email and mobile channels (push and in-apps), as well as the evaluation of performance against KPIs.

In this role you’ll:

  • Working closely with the Senior Growth CRM Manager you will help to define and optimise the Growth CRM strategy for Busuu and Verbling. Your growth mindset means you’re curious about doing things differently and challenge the status quo.
  • Own the delivery of promotional & triggered campaigns across email and mobile channels (push and in-app).
  • Support the wider CRM team with testing and delivering of non promotional campaigns i.e. engagement / retention and onboarding campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign results, using the data to propose new initiatives & A/B tests.
  • Be part of cross-departmental squads, with shared objectives to drive growth.
  • Closely work with the insights, customer service and research teams to identify opportunities to optimise conversions and engagement.
  • Work with relevant creative, product and marketing teams to deliver consistent customer experiences across channels.

What we’re looking for in a Growth CRM Executive:

  • 3+ years experience in CRM within an international business
  • Experience of cross channel CRM systems; preferably Braze
  • Equal balance of data-driven and creative
  • Good eye for detail
  • Loves A/B testing, and knows how to use the results to improve performance
  • Good at multitasking
  • Team player and someone who enjoys working with other people
