Reports to: Plant Manager
Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.
Maintain Good Attendance records
Must ensure all Safety Policies are being practiced.
Follow All written procedures.
Must maintain a good attendance record.
Responsible for handling resins and materials to be used in the production process.
Responsible and have knowledge to read and understand COA’s (certificate of analysis) for materials being moved.
Responsible to perform accurate inventories of all necessary materials
Maintain a ZERO PELLET LOSS program to ensure compliance with all necessary parties
Must be able to work well with others and show initiative to perform their duties and responsibilities.
Must complete all paperwork with accuracy and in a timely manner.
Assist in all other areas as necessary.
Assist in Plant cleanup when and where necessary.
Maintain all GMP (General Manufacturing Practices) in all necessary areas
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing.
Knowledge of policies and procedures.
Knowledge of all working departments in the manufacturing facility.

Experience And Education
High school graduate or equivalency.
Knowledge of and being able to implement 5S initiatives and maintain this initiative
Knowledge of blown film extrusion methods
Essential Job Functions And Abilities
Ability to lift, manipulate or assemble objects.
Ability to make precisely coordinated movements.
Must be able to see in low light conditions, hear, and speak clearly.
Ability to stand and change positions frequently over an eight-hour period.
Ability to exert muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects. (Lifting requirements up to and including 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and or legs. Must be able to reach and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles repeatedly or continuously to lift objects. (frequently)
Ability to quickly respond (with the hand, finger, or foot) to a signal (sound, light, picture) when it appears.
Ability to work in environment that is extremely hot, humid in the summer months, and cold in the winter months.
