We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our fast-paced Ready-to-Drink (RTD) company. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market share growth for our RTD products. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, as well as a deep understanding of the beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set short-term and long-term brand goals.

Product Positioning and Messaging:

  • Craft compelling and consistent brand messages that resonate with the target audience.
  • Define and maintain the unique selling propositions (USPs) of RTD products.
  • Ensure product positioning is cohesive across all marketing channels.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote RTD products.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful marketing materials.
  • Utilize digital and traditional channels to reach target demographics effectively

Brand Identity and Visuals:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency in brand visuals across packaging, advertising, and online platforms.
  • Work closely with design teams to create visually appealing and on-brand materials.

Consumer Engagement:

  • Foster strong consumer relationships through engaging campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews on various platforms.
  • Develop loyalty programs and promotions to enhance customer retention.

Market Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the brand marketing budget effectively.
  • Optimize spending to maximize return on investment (ROI).


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in brand management within the beverage or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of the RTD market and trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytics tools.
