About You

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner. Someone considered ‘a safe pairs of hands’. Experience in a strict Governance environment within a matrix organisation would really help prepare you for joining us. A background in Financial/ Regulated sectors would be the icing on the cake.

Ideally CIPD qualified, you will be highly competent supporting business areas and providing the professional and technical HR advice as there will be a real mix of strategic work and HR generalist work involved. Knowledge of Wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion best practices will be advantageous.

Key to your success, will be your ability to establish yourself as a trusted partner. Getting to grips with the nuts and bolts of each area is important. However, it’s the people that matter. As with any business, our leaders require bespoke levels of support and guidance. You’ll quickly understand what level of service they each want and need. There is a difference!

Character wise, you will need to be friendly and open whilst knowing when to be firm and assertive; able to quickly understand the differences in people and business areas and so flex your offering accordingly.
