Your Role

The Implementation team is responsible for the successful onboarding of ASO and Premier, large group, high-complexity clients and required to enable, streamline, and manage the implementation process to facilitate client growth and retention. The Implementation Specialist – Senior will report to the Sr. Manager of Implementation. In this role you will be ensuring our clients’ goals or objectives are met or exceeded on time while managing new or existing client implementations. In addition, you will manage and cultivate a strong relationship with stakeholder groups, both internally and externally across all functional level. As an “Implementation Specialist – Consultant” successfully manage multiple client implementations and renewals that require a degree of customization.

Your Work

In this role, you will:

  • Manage delivery of customized internal enrollment activities from sale close to ID card delivery for client implementations and complex renewals
  • Create customized project plans incorporating existing processes to ensure all milestones are achieved and prevent missing key deliverables
  • Provide input and recommendations on implementation strategy through virtual and in-person client meetings (Brokers, Client Groups, and/or HR) to ensure a successful onboarding
  • Assists with development of customized collateral used to educate client/broker on the enrollment through billing process
  • Post enrollment period, responsible for the identification and implementation of process improvements such as: modernizing client collateral and artifacts, optimization of internal enrollment processes, creation of improved performance measures, etc.
  • Conducts regular touchpoint meeting with internal teams and/or provides regular status reporting on full list of assigned implementations; keeps milestone information and reporting current and accurate and is the point of contact if group enrollment risks arise
  • Responsible for the collection process and system entry of group and member information, including templates and files used in the process.
  • Resolves highly customized implementation related scope issues, escalations, etc. and develops/enhances approaches to solve root causes problems and deliver data centric solutions with measurement
  • Responsible for or significantly contributes to achievement of updating current implementation processes and efficiencies as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge of internal and external process, product, and program design
  • Communicates with the client & broker with the intention to educate, influence, deliver complex messaging and set expectations for outcomes and enhance processes
  • Responsible for the success of client implementation by providing guidance, coaching, training within the organization to ensure our internal partners are geared for success
  • Provides input, recommendations and creative problem solving on implementation strategy through virtual and in-person client meetings (Brokers, Client Groups, and/or HR) to ensure a successful onboarding

Your Knowledge And Experience

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experienced in explaining complex concepts, ideas, and solutions for processes, products, and capabilities to a wide range of audiences
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver with hands-on, ‘roll up your sleeves’, can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others using data and market practices across large cross-functional initiatives, business segments, and project teams
  • Requires flexibility and continuous learning mind-set that thrives on the challenges of fast paced, rapidly evolving environments
