Get to know the role:

Responsible for managing Call Center operations smoothly and properly; Assisting customer service function in daily work.

Responsibility:

  • Customer Service Operations:
  • Manage and improve Call Center performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits, and quality assurance measures.
  • Handle customer complaints that employees are not authorized to handle on their own.
  • Delegate tasks to employees to ensure all tasks are handled on the timeline with good results.
  • Supervise, and provide additional training/coaching to the team as needed to ensure that they are performing their jobs properly, and effectively to bring the highest service quality to customers.
  • Report promptly to CS Manager any issues escalating and ask for advice to resolve immediately and ensure a good outcome.
  • Make weekly reports accurately as assigned by the manager.
  • Coordinate with cross-function departments on operational issues; research to find root causes and propose feasible solutions.
  • Provide suggestions to the manager on improving the customer service quality.
  • Evaluate and adjust circulation procedures as needed to improve for the highest efficiency.
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business fields or a related field

Experience

  • At least 03-year experience in a Hospitality/Customer Service environment
  • Knowledge in the E-commerce industry is an advance
  • Expert CRM systems: Zendesk, Salesforce is a plus

Skills/Knowledge
