Your day to day

We’re looking for someone with an intimate experience and understanding of how acquisition planning, as well as analytics, transform SaaS B2B businesses:

  • Working closely with your Growth team leader, you’ll manage external LeadGen partners & agencies while overseeing digital marketing channels (website, social, digital ads, outreach, SEO, etc.)
  • Drive ongoing multi-channel and multi-touch inbound & outbound marketing acquisition and lead nurturing & retention campaigns that feed the funnel. You’ll be responsible for optimization of our digital marketing tools, as well as on the “handshake” with marketing automation and CRM (SalesForce) integration.
  • Leading A/B testing strategies, monitoring, measuring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns and programs
  • Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences
  • Working with the content team to establish materials that would target B2B target audiences throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Operating within a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments, like sales and content, to develop and enhance strategies

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge :

  • At least 4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing (agency & client-side), with emphasis on digital Lead Generation and Conversion Rate Optimization of the entire digital marketing funnel, from inbound channels, through on-site performance and conversions optimization, till post nurturing of marketing leads
  • Hands-on proven experience with either SEM/PPM/PPC, Outreach/Outbound, SEO, Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, in b2b channels – LinkedIn, search, directories, Twitter
  • Strong analytical abilities – collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify trends and provide clear actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in incorporating and working with advanced marketing tools – marketing automation (i.e Salesforce and Pardot) and Marketing Analytics
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Independent, multi-tasking hands-on individual with an entrepreneur spirit
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, reliable, and responsible.
