We’re a small, close-knit team specialising in standout internal and external brand communications. We deliver expertly crafted creative on-time and on-budget, across brand comms, PowerPoint, security, video and digital, for some of the most exciting organisations in the world

We’re currently looking for a Copywriter with a keen eye for detail to join our creative project team. You will have proven experience writing for a range of audiences and sectors across print and digital formats and should be confident working independently. You will be responsible for producing copy to specific client requirements and within tone of voice guidelines and will be required to perform a range of different content roles across writing, research, brainstorming, fact-checking and editing. Projects will include short and long-form copywriting tasks, such as taglines, banners, posters, brochures and blog posts, plus writing voiceover scripts for videos and animations, producing eLearning courses and providing content and narrative for PowerPoint presentations. The role is fully remote, but you will be required to regularly touch base with the team through face-to-face meetings in London.

Copywriting across a variety of media formats:

  • Working alongside our creative departments to deliver content for print and digital media across multiple projects.
  • Supporting our creative departments and copywriting team in creating concepts for client campaigns and programmes.
  • Providing estimates on timing to project and account managers to maintain a smoothly running schedule.
  • Engaging with clients for project briefings and feedback via phone, email and in person.
  • Working in conjunction with design, digital, presentations and video teams to provide ideas on execution, style and editing.

Research, fact-checking and proofreading:

  • Researching topics, products, services and events in order to provide creative input to pitches and copywriting projects.
  • Fact-checking and editing print and digital documents ahead of delivery.

Internal projects:

  • Creating engaging content for Article Ten’s website and social media presence.
  • Working on internal and external communications, pitch documents and proposals.
  • Accurately tracking your time in our PM software to ensure there is a complete picture of what billable time is used on a daily basis.

  • A creative thinker brimming with exciting and thought-provoking ideas.
  • Able to quickly understand often complex topics relating to a client’s project goals, their products and their industry.
  • Able to work to and hit deadlines.
  • Able to adapt, iterate and deliver quickly across multiple projects.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • A strong communicator on paper and in person.
  • Capable of writing across a range of styles, formats and industries.
  • The one everybody feels comfortable to turn to with a question regarding spelling or grammar or support for their own projects.
  • Well versed in the latest marketing techniques, trends and platforms.
  • A versatile owner and user of initiative.

  • A degree in a relevant field such as English, Journalism or Marketing.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an agency or freelance copywriting role.
  • A well-rounded understanding of agency processes and practice.
  • Social media content writing and strategy experience a definite plus.
  • Previous work on campaigns and concept work and/or eLearning courses is desirable.
  • Experience covering technology brands and/or information security topics would be a bonus but is not a requirement.

We’ve got all the shiny things that make work great – the monthly socials, flexible working, late start/early finish Friday and more. But beyond all this, we really do just enjoy the simple act of coming in each day and working together on exciting projects. Our people are what make us, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We know that a better work-life balance improves employee motivation, performance, and productivity, while also reducing stress. That’s why we encourage our team to take advantage of our flexitime and flexible working arrangements to achieve a better balance between work and other priorities like care responsibilities, further learning, or other interests.

Weekly wellbeing activities:

We offer all new employees the opportunity to complete a Wellness Action Plan so that a) you stay well at work and b) we can be as supportive as possible from your first day with us. We work hard to create a culture where everyone can feel comfortable talking about mental health and we motivate each other to stay fit and healthy.

We’re a close-knit team and offer a genuinely supportive work environment where wellbeing is the number one priority. We provide line managers with the resources they need to best support their team and ensure that 121s are held at least once a month to check-in on how you are. Our 121s are also an opportunity to discuss your current goals and how Article Ten can support you to reach them.
