We are rapidly expanding and need to hire entry level team members. Elite Leads is a lead generation company working outdoors currently adding new energy saving home improvement organizations to our client base. Our networking, canvassing, telemarketing, and special events teams work together to provide growth to our clients.

No Experience Required.



Position Details: This is a 1099 position with both full and part-time available. This role will be responsible for setting and confirming appointment times with interested customers for their Home Improvement projects while representing the company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Speaking with homeowners in-person OUTDOORS daily to promote our products and services on an outside canvassing basis.
  • Delivering simple prepared information talks with the customer that describe services and provide important information to the customer.
  • Setting and confirming appointment times by calling or text directly to our corporate office.
  • Generating sales leads and building a pipeline of future customers by creating a memorable, personal connection.
  • Always maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance when representing the company.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures. We encourage social distancing and all the CDC guidelines.

Position Benefits:

  • Flexible hours FT or PT (minimum 15 hours/week)
  • Work close to your home.
  • Bi-weekly hourly pay (not a draw) plus commission. Income ranges $30.00- $45.00/hr., includes commission.
