We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Employer Brand initiatives across the EMEA region. This role will develop and implement a plan that helps us connect with and grow a diverse and inclusive workforce globally in partnership with a team of employer brand managers, inclusion and diversity experts, and recruiters. This role will create and implement a plan to engage candidates through marketing programs, creative, and content across all communication channels to highlight employee experiences and our employees who bring unique backgrounds and perspectives to strengthen our ability to deliver for our customers.

This leader will work in the global ID&E Employer brand team and lead the rollout of global marketing programs, assess performance, and communicate results. The Marketing Manager should not only be passionate about delivering ID&E programs but with driving meaningful results that ultimately impact our customers. This is a role for someone with strong experience in global brand marketing and communications who is a skilled creative thinker, who can interact effectively with a variety of competing internal and external priorities and stakeholders, and who can successfully own multiple projects and deadlines.

Key job responsibilities

  • Strategic planning, development, and execution of external and internal marketing and communication plans, including research, content development/management, and ongoing measurement and iteration.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and agencies to develop and launch marketing campaigns and assets that showcase team members of all backgrounds, bringing our employee stories to life.
  • Participate in annual goal setting and execution and own mechanisms to keep stakeholders updated on strategies, goals, and progress.
  • Contribute to recruitment marketing strategy for recruiting events and candidate outreach.
  • Create content and lead the execution of a variety of digital marketing initiatives, including our website, videos, and social media channels
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, constantly prioritizing and setting expectations, toward delivery against established goals and time frames.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a marketing or communications-related field of study
  • 7-10+ years of experience working in a marketing or related role, with minimally 7 years operating in EMEA.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting ID&E initiatives
  • Fluency in European languages apart from English
  • Experience managing content development, and campaigns
  • Experience managing multiple (3-5+) concurrent projects
  • Experience setting strategy and goals and owning ongoing communication with stakeholders for alignment and updates
  • Experience using data, reporting, and/or tools to measure performance and make adjustments accordingly

  • This position requires exceptional marketing and strategic thinking skills as well as strong cross-functional influencing and communication skills. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
  • Outstanding influencing, matrix management and partner management skills necessary to build strong relationships
  • Superior leadership skills and ability to mobilize, drive and direct resources across the organization with and without direct reporting lines
  • Comfort in an ambiguous, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Experience managing agencies
  • Experience acting as a consultative subject matter expert, establishing self as a credible strategic partner
