Job Summary
DESCRIPTION
Amazon Fashion is seeking a talented, experienced, and self-directed Marketing Manager to own the roadmap and implementation of our partner marketing stream. This role will oversee our Tier 1 and strategic brand launches on Amazon Fashion EU, working with our Vendor and Seller Category teams, to build impactful campaigns which bring to life new and exciting brand and product launches.
Working hand-in-hand with key stakeholders across New Business Development, Marketplace and Category team, you will power our marketing efforts – from pitch to postmortem, ensuing we build value for our brands as they launch on Amazon.
In addition to collaborating cross-functionally, you will own the planning and execute of GTM plans for brands, feeding into wider Marketing channels, to drive exposure and traffic. This is a hands-on role, own site merchandising for all partner marketing campaigns.
The right candidate (f/m/d) will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of handling multiple projects at once, able to take direction and work well with multiple teams. In addition to having first-class written and verbal communication skills, you will have hands on experience leading on-site merchandising, pitch-deck creation and post-campaign ROAS reporting.
For This Position, We Expect
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in apparel-based online site merchandising
- Proven experience in GTM plans and pitch-deck creation
- Proven experience in cross team collaboration, working across an organization as an effective project manager
- Ability to curate selection
- Excel in fast-paced environment
Further Qualifications Would Be a Plus
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Editorial and/or content management experience in a fashion publication or retail organization
- Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations
- Experience managing complexity in large companies as well as small, entrepreneurial organizations
- Proficient at Excel, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly
