WW Operations Talent Acquisition Program Management is looking for a seasoned Program Manager to join its team. This team partners globally to create high impact, internal recruitment programs across North America, EMEA and emerging markets that deliver lift to recruiters and frustration free transfers for our customers.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will develop and lead large cross functional programs, act as a subject matter expert in optimization, continuous process improvement and process automation. You will work closely with TA partners, business partners and technical teams to enhance and streamline internal recruitment delivery.

Key job responsibilities

  • Engage with Operations, HR and TA leadership to define program requirements, sponsors and key stakeholders
  • Build internal relationships to effectively partner across Operations, TA, HR, Tech, Legal and support teams to deliver globally aligned projects/programs
  • Regularly inspect each project/program against intent to ensure it delivers what is expected and continues to align with TA priority goals
  • Report on program performance and leverage customer feedback to drive continuous program improvements, writing project charters and narratives to inform stakeholders of progress milestones
  • Dive deep into internal recruitment processes to identify opportunities to scale, automate and optimize, improving customer experience
  • Standardize processes, methodology, and program offerings across global markets
  • Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, balance business needs versus technical constraints, and provide escalation management while building great customer experiences

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Solid program Management experience, driving complex projects through full life-cycle
  • Proven experience supportingepresenting cross-functional teams across levels, geographies, and cultures
  • Experience measuring program impact against success metrics, and proven ability to employ data-driven, transparent decision making.
  • Experience writing narratives and presenting to business leaders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • International project management or business improvement experience within HR/Recruiting
  • Proven ability to engage and influence without authority
  • Self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit with understanding of how to use data and calculated risk-taking to drive innovative change
  • Experience producing reporting and analyzing data
  • Experience using HR and/or recruiting systems-driven insights
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Prince 2 certified or similar
