At the forefront of that effort, in Europe, sits our WFS Marketing team. We are a collective of talented individuals managing the media & marketing strategy, reporting, modelling & analytics, tools & systems to attract hundreds of thousands of candidates to our warehouse job opportunities.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented marketer to join our team and own the recruitment marketing campaigns for the German market, both at strategical and operational level.

In Particular, You Will

This is an exciting opportunity, as you will develop and own marketing and paid media strategies, supporting lead generation of applications for the job vacancies in our warehouses.

  • build a holistic marketing and paid media approach, that drives both brand and growth objectives and ensures long-term candidate attraction and conversion (activating Social, Programmatic, Search and traditional offline media channels)
  • optimise and test new campaign strategies and media partners
  • track, analyse and report performance across all campaigns and make strategic optimizations to achieve and exceed brand and growth KPIs
  • manage in-depth report on campaigns effectiveness in collaboration with Marketing Analytics
  • identify opportunities to improve and streamline our current marketing processes, taking ownership to drive successful media campaigns

On a Daily Basis, You Will

Operationally, you will execution the marketing strategy, partnering with our media and creative agencies and manage end-to-end our branding and recruitment (acquisition) campaigns.

  • be responsible for creating impactful campaign plans (including media, creative and content) to attract, engage and convert our target audience across multiple online and offline touchpoints
  • brief external agencies, monitor alignment between campaigns plans and business objectives, and coordinate the media and creative execution to ensure top-quality campaign delivery
  • continually optimize campaigns for maximum performance, leveraging data and ensuring top quality campaign delivery

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent English communication
  • German speaking
  • Experience with the German market
  • Experience in building marketing strategy and working with data, analytics, reporting;
  • Experience in media planning and managing marketing campaigns (both brand and acquisition) across paid digital channels (such as Social, Programmatic, Search) and in paid traditional offline media channels;
  • Experience in partnering with various external suppliers (e.g. media agencies, creative agencies) and in demonstrating critical thinking, attention to details and negotiation skills, as well as with various internal senior stakeholders like Finance, PR, HR and Recruiting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Communication, and/or Marketing (or equivalent);
  • Experience in recruitment marketing / employer branding is a plus;
  • Experience managing advertising budgets exceeding €1M;
  • Ability to identify process weaknesses and suggest improvements.
