The position offers a range of responsibilities and challenges that will utilize your strong administrative and organizational skills. The position responsibilities will be the organization, coordination and handling of all administrative tasks for the firm’s DC health care practice.
Responsibilities include the following, management of schedules, meeting and travel arrangements including travel, filing and organizational assistance, correspondence, phone coverage and a variety of other projects as needed and ongoing review of executives’ email inbox, exercise judgment in responding to unique and urgent situations, as well as managing and reporting outstanding requests.
A minimum three years of experience working within an administrative assistant role is required. In addition to possessing strong organizational and attention to detail skills. A professional demeanor combined with refined interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels is also required. Strong PC skills are also required, specifically in Word and Excel. Hill, Executive branch, law firm and/or professional services experience highly preferred.
