This role sits within the AG Integrate team, which is an integral part of Addleshaw Goddard (AG). It is a pool of self-employed lawyers (“consultants”) who work directly for clients or as part of an AG team, to provide skills and resource boost just when it’s needed. The purpose of our team is to provide a pool of high quality, self-employed lawyers who are available as a flexible legal resource to meet the needs of our clients and AG. Our consultants can be placed on assignment with AG to assist with workflow and transaction peaks or to backfill roles where employed fee earners are on a client secondment and also directly to support our client.

The Role

The AG Integrate Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support for AG Integrate. This role will primarily support the Operations function of AG Integrate, working closely with the Operations Manager and Operations Analyst to manage administrative processes. This will involve the administrative actions associated with onboarding, including pre-engagement screening checks, along with supporting financial operations, management of the team’s central email inbox and ensuring data is kept up-to-date for reporting purposes. The AG Integrate Administrator will also provide some support to the recruitment function, through liaising with internal and external stakeholders to arrange interviews and also posting job adverts on various platforms.


Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To


  • Managing the AG Integrate central team email inbox, taking ownership of queries until successful resolution.
  • Managing the onboarding administrative processes, from the point an offer is made until the Consultant starts their assignment. This includes carrying out pre-engagement screening checks, organising IT and Research Services accounts and sending communications to Consultants promptly, to ensure a smooth experience for Consultants.
  • Ensuring information on the CRM system and in team documents is regularly reviewed and kept up-to-date, for accurate reporting purposes. This includes information on areas such as Consultants, Clients and placements.
  • Supporting the AG Integrate Operations Analyst with financial operations processes, to ensure Consultant timesheets are received and processed on time adhering to strict SLAs.
  • Ensuring all Internal Consultant files are audit compliant, storing information safely and securely taking into account data retention periods.
  • Support the AG Integrate Operations Manager with administrative IR35 processes, to ensure full compliance.
  • Provide administrative engagement support, including on AG Integrate events and other ad-hoc requests.


  • Take ownership of setting up interviews including liaising with Consultants and Clients directly.
  • Assist in the administration of gathering feedback from AG Integrate Consultants, Clients and Partners post-interview.
  • Post job adverts on platforms, including LinkedIn, monitoring and recording applicants before sharing with AG Integrate Managers.
  • Arrange end-of-assignment catch-up calls between Consultants and AG Integrate Managers.
  • Support on the administrative processes of internal recruitment.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience Required

  • You will be an effective communicator with a range of internal and external stakeholders, along with being a real team player. This includes strong interpersonal skills, to be comfortable engaging with people at all levels.
  • You will be computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and the ability to learn and use different systems.
  • You will be willing to learn from others and share ideas to improve processes within the team
