Your Job As a Marketing Specialist

The TPS Marketing Specialist is a forward-thinking, talented self-starter with professional experience to support and grow the Treatment Placement Specialists® (TPS) brand of Acadia Healthcare. This internal- and external-facing position will execute on various marketing tasks with a primary goal and objective of bettering Acadia through the growth of the TPS. This is accomplished by completing projects and tasks that align with current strategy, improving campaigns to exceed expectations, and increasing volume to the TPS brand in all areas of the funnel to grow referent & consumer awareness & utilization of the TPS.

The professional in this role will have the ability to not only grow their technical marketing skills, but their business development understanding by expanding their communication skills & establishing relationships among vendors, the Treatment Placement Specialists, Acadia leadership, and facility-facing personnel.

Your Responsibilities As a Marketing Specialist

  • Execute marketing campaign strategies for facilities and marketing department.
  • Execute internal tasks to achieve goals and expectations set by management.
  • Website maintenance, improvements, content/creative migration, landing page creation, and general audits.
  • Data analysis from AdWords, Google Analytics, and other internally used platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement SEO strategy and overall website visibility.
  • Research suitable venues for Acadia facility brand mentions and link development.
  • Contact external sources to build relationships for link and brand development.
  • Implement project tasks, meet timelines, and communicate effectively.
  • Provide project status updates and deliverables with internal team.
  • Continuously strive for quality improvement by identifying and understanding issues and opportunities.

Your Skills And Qualifications As a Marketing Specialist

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field.
  • 1 year of experience working with website maintenance platforms and data tracking systems.
  • 1 year of experience working with complex data analysis, strategy optimization, and EXCEL.
  • 1 year of experience in account management and marketing strategy creation and execution.
  • 1 year of experience in traditional or digital marketing campaign management.
  • 1 year experience in Paid Search, SEM, and Paid Social advertising.
  • 1 year experience in email marketing.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes.
  • Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data and information while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Capable of working within established policies, procedures, and practices prescribed by the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels, both internal and external.
  • English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.


  • Google AdWords and Analytics certification preferred
