Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Shifted, 45 hours p/week; Paid Overtime

Salary: £28,000 – £33,000.00 per year + service charge, benefits & bonus – details below

Locations: Positions available in Oxford Circus, Knightsbridge and Mayfair.

• Drive team morale and happiness.

• Work with the Senior MGMT team to identify career paths for our people in the

business and continue to develop, train and progress our people.

• Identify the recruitment needs of the business and ensure par levels are always


• Ensure that all team members are on-boarded and inducted into the business

correctly with the right support and training plan.

• Plan rota weekly within budget. Cross train team members to ensure that your team

and rota is as efficient as possible.

• Work closely with your mgmt. team at site and senior management teams to ensure

your site has a business plan in place to recognise internal drivers.

• You are motivated to achieve your KPIs.

• You are P&L savvy. Understand the reports and information behind the numbers to

ensure the business is hitting budget.

• Deliver budgeted stock results. Any issues or loss is investigated, and a solution is

found to fix the situation.

• Ensure accurate recording and receiving of stock into the business.

• Ensure site passes its quarterly audits with internal independent food bodies and

Government bodies. All health and safety standards at site are compliant. Identify

gaps and work with your team and the senior management team to improve.

• All health and safety, and food standards are compliant with company policy in your


• You ensure that your kitchen team is contributing to great guest experiences with

great food coming from your kitchen This is measured via our review platforms,

TripAdvisor and Google. You identify trending issues and support and train your

team to rectify any issues and achieve 5 stars

• You ensure that all dishes which leave your kitchen are delivered on spec and to

standard. Any issues are raised and rectified.


• Proven experience in the same or a similar role in the Food & Beverage /

Restaurants / Hospitality industries

• Chef background

• A passion for improving upon existing service

• Outstanding customer service and leadership capabilities

• The desire to work to a very high standard and ensure the team does the same

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Computer skills: MS Office, Windows / Mac

• Must be aware and sensitive to different cultural sensibilities – we work with an

international team and audience
