Mission: Ensuring the sales and the promotion of the products at the assigned area

Main Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients within the K&B stores, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders and fabricators.
  • Responsible for overall sales of the assigned territory and showrooms and displays at sales points.
  • Identify and take the opportunities to display the product to maximize the visibility of Neolith products and generate sales
  • Work to find new points of sale.

Customer Service

  • Ensure customers have suitable marketing materials to support sales, including samples, brochures and other collateral supplies, such as display towers.
  • Manage customer relationships by resolving client concerns, ensuring customers are set up in CRM System, providing price quotes, scheduling weekly visits, etc.
  • Increase market share by elevating the number of displays and point-of-purchase materials within assigned territory.
  • Plan the number of visits to clients and the appropriate frequency of visits based on client importance.
  • Attend and provide after–sales service.


  • Collaborate with Neolith staff, and other Clients Managers as needed to accomplish goals.
  • Train in the characteristics and the attributes of the product, provide information, deliver marketing tools relevant to the client’s segmentation.
  • Develop and maintain a high degree of product and industry knowledge by attending industry events, trade shows
  • Monitor and maintenance data in CRM (Sales Force)

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High School. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Sales experience approx1.5 years on related sales experience; direct industry( Building Materials Market, Stone Market, Distribution) . Proven track record in delivering results and adding significant value in building Brand Equity
  • Soft Skills: Negotiation Skills. Mastering Strategic Relationships. Driving for (Sales) Results. Problem Solving. Planning & Organization. Effective Communication.
  • English C2. // Valued Spanish, but not mandatory.
  • Available for travelling
