At the forefront of that effort, in Europe, sits our WFS (Workforce Staffing) Marketing team – a collective of talented individuals managing the media & marketing strategy, reporting, modelling & analytics, tools & systems. Our goal is attracting hundreds of thousands of associates yearly for various operational business lines (fulfilment centres, transportation, and logistics).

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to lead our onsite reporting, analyse onsite user behaviours, identify patterns and produce insights and recommendations to power overall marketing strategy as well as campaign tactics.

Core Responsibilities

  • You’ll also have the confidence to challenge existing site tracking, identify where new tracking is required, and be comfortable implementing those recommendations through tag managers.
  • Working closely with the Implementation team, plan and define tracking specifications required to be able to truly understand the effectiveness of site features as well as marketing channels.
  • Build reports and set-up Workspaces to empower stakeholders to self-serve.
  • Utilize online data from different platforms (web analytics platforms, Ad platforms and CRM platforms) for funnel analysis.
  • Partner with media vendors to deliver in-depth analysis of campaign data to provide insight and an understanding in to campaign and marketing performance.
  • Providing detailed reports on how multi-channel campaigns have performed, making recommendations for improvements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent English.
  • Experience of identifying and implementing ad tracking requirements – we use Sizmek Tag Manager.
  • Experience working with web analytics platform such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Strong data visualisation/presentation skills (Excel)
  • Experience in a marketing role, running, analysing marketing campaigns and producing actionable insights for the business.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work with larger data sets using either SQL, BigQuery, R Studio or something similar is desirable but not a must.
  • An understanding of A/B testing statistics – sample sizes, run times and significance methods.
  • A strong understanding of the wider CRM / user journey, taking in digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Experience working in an analytical/data focused role.
  • A proactive, investigative attitude, and a mindset that is willing to learn.
